Community Service and Continuing Education Center
The Community Service and Continuing Education Center aims to meet the needs and requirements of individuals who work during the day, enabling them to continue their education and develop their skills in various fields.
Within the programs of the Community Service Center (the Evening Applied Program), the program is organized to align with the schedules of participants who work or study during the day. It is offered at convenient hours after the workday ends. The program provides individuals with the opportunity to learn new skills, enhance their knowledge, and achieve professional advancement in their respective fields.

Paying the training costs for the first training semester of 1445/1444 AH (Hijri calendar)
(For continuing trainees)

The steps for paying the fees.

Determining the expected number of hours to be registered for the next semester by contacting the department registrar.

Determining the cost of the approved hour and your previous balance through the trainee services platform and then the community service center.

Calculating the training cost owed by you using the equation below: (The expected number of hours to be registered) - (Your previous balance).

Paying the training costs through Al Rajhi Bank account, the Unified Office for Community Service at Makkah Council, account number 377608010134430.

Keeping a clear copy of the creativity voucher.

Filling out the training costs payment form for the evening applied program through the trainee services platform and then the community service center.

Submitting the original voucher to the College Gateway Security Management if paid at the latest before the end of the tenth week of the training semester.

Electronic payment is now available through "Rayat" (Self-Service for Trainees). This service is available for batch 1443 and onwards.
Very important: Only cash deposit or wire transfer is accepted by visiting one of the bank branches. Transfer through ATMs, applications, or online services is absolutely not accepted.

Allowing the registration of training courses
- Filling out the training fees payment data form for the Evening Applied Program.
- Submitting the original receipt to the security administration at the college's gate within the specified deadline.
