"I am a newcomer, and I haven't received the password or the training ID yet?

The training ID is available in your training schedule, and the password will be sent after the registration period for trainees is over.”

Schedules will be updated and continuously posted on the platform.”

I have a course that doesn't have a specific room number?

A course without a room number means it is attended remotely.

I can't log in to Blackboard?

You can’t access Blackboard until the courses are added at the end of the first week of training.

Where can I get the official uniform?

The official uniform consists of a light gray shirt for the diploma program and a dark gray shirt for the bachelor’s program, black pants, black shoes, and it has the college logo printed on the shirt. It can be purchased from uniform stores or the stationery shop at the college.

How do I attend online lectures when Blackboard isn't working?

Your course instructor will contact you via email.”

When is the reward payment date?

Rewards are deposited at the end of each calendar month.”

When does the newcomer receive the allowance?

Newcomers can expect to receive their allowance within the first two months of their training.

I'm a graduate with only a graduation project or cooperative training remaining, and there are no available sections for them?

The graduation project and cooperative training courses can only be registered through the department’s administration.”

I want to add a course, but I couldn't add it?

After the online registration period ends, the trainee should consult with their training advisor in their department for assistance with the addition.

I have a problem and I want to come to the college to resolve it?

All services are provided through the Trainee Services platform.”

I've paid the course fees, but I haven't been allowed to register yet?

All services provided by the Community Service Center are accessible through the Trainee Services platform.

I have a practical physics course, does it have a laboratory?

Any course without a room number means it is attended through Blackboard.

How do I find the training plan for my department and the number of hours?

When is the certificate issued for graduates?

The date for receiving it will be announced during the first month of the next semester following graduation.

Is there admission for the second semester, and what are the requirements and when?

Yes, there will be admission, and the application dates will be announced on the admission website. All the requirements are available through the Unified Admission Portal (Qiyas): https://adm.tvtc.gov.sa/registration

So far, the file status is still under review?

This means that you have not been accepted. If the admission period has ended, you can apply for the next semester.

What is the minimum number of hours in a semester?

The minimum registration requirement is 12 hours.
